Hands up who loves pease pudding! Me! Love it or loathe it, it was here before Marmite and it'll be here long after. Always a North East favourite and staple, a good old dollop of pease pud goes with just about anything in my book, but traditionally it is enjoyed with ham in a lovely fresh stottie, just like this miner is having his. If you've never tried it, you should - you've got no excuse, you've got the recipe now!
