This fantastic illustrated hardback cookbook by is super informative with a wealth of interesting detail. It has well laid out instructions for the various recipes, as well as a smattering fabulously retro full page colour plates showing incredible 80s style creations. There’s even a whole section about wine, completing everything you need to know to throw the perfect dinner party.
The book is in lovely condition for it’s age, some light wear to the outer corners. The inside pages are very clean and flat.
A great book for any retro recipe fan to have on their kitchen bookshelf!
