This fantastic St Michael / Marks and Spencer paperback cookbook by Carol Bowen is beautifully illustrated with colour photographs and has easy to follow step by step instructions for the various recipes for anyone on a weight loss journey.
The book is in nice condition for its age. No creases or tears. Very light signs of storage / use to the cover. Inside pages very clean and flat.
