Vintage 1970s Hornsea ‘Charisma’ Flour Storage Jars / Retro Kitchenware / 70s Home Decor Accessory / Brown Leaf Pattern / Collectable Range

Lovely ceramic flour storage containers from Hornsea’s Charisma range. The jars are white with a brown leaf pattern and in lovely condition. The lids do show some wear - one has the word ‘Plain’ written in biro on the inside, so I’ll call the jars plain and self raising for ease:

plain flour jar - This lid shows some light wear, as to be expected, and has the biro writing inside. The original seal is there, but is not tight. This jar has a couple of manufacturing glaze faults at the base, which I have shown in my photos.

Self raising flour jar - This lid shows some general to be expected wear around the edges and a patch of missing varnish on the top, maybe where a sticker has been. Again, this jar has its original seal which is not tight. The jar has a few storage marks on the base, and a ‘Smokey’ mark on the bottom.
