This fantastic 1960s tin tray by Saturnus, Yugoslavia features a wonderful cartoon design of couples in various scenes, including having breakfast, playing music / singing and enjoying a drink. There are some lovely little details, such as swallows, a cockerel and a very skinny cat! The design is backed by rectangles of pink, turquoise and yellow on a cream base, with a border of matching random squares. The tray is in pretty nice condition for it’s age, but does show some signs of use / storage and does not lie completely flat. I have tried to show this on my photos and reflected in the price. A gorgeous little collector item for any Mid Century fan.
