This fantastic St Michael / Marks and Spencer paperback cookbook by r Carol Bowen is beautifully illustrated with colour photographs and has easy to follow step by step instructions for the various recipes for both everyday salads as well fancier recipes for special occasions.
The book is in nice condition for its age. No creases or tears. Some light signs of storage / use to the cover, a bit of discolouration to the page edges, all to be expected.
A great book for any retro recipe fan to have on their kitchen bookshelf!
